S&P Warns Corporate Ratings Outlook At Worst Level Since Crisis The pressure on global ratings business credit is at its worst level since the financial crisis (S & P) standard & Poor's warned.
In a report Tuesday, the rating agency said that 17 percent of the companies issuing debt were on "negative watch" at the end of 2015, meaning that they were lucky being demoted in the 50 percent next three months.
